2. Bank Account and Payout Methods: Cashouts will be transferred to the bank account provided during the verification process. We offer both SEPA and SWIFT transfers. SEPA is typically quicker, while SWIFT may take longer.

3. Processing Time: Processing time can take up to 10 working days. We strive to process your transactions as quickly as possible.
4. Manual Payouts: All payouts are manually processed. Users can request a cashout at any time after being verified and accumulating enough Keencoins.
5. Fees and Deductions
a. Service Fee: Upon successful cashout, users will receive 80% of the total amount. The remaining 20% is retained as a service fee by Tapkeen to support operational and administrative costs.
i. Withdraw Screen: When you initiate a withdrawal, the withdraw screen will display a detailed breakdown of the monetary amounts, including both the service fee and the net amount you will receive.
b. Transaction Costs:
i. SEPA Transfers: Transactions via SEPA are processed without any additional service charges. However, users are responsible for any costs associated with currency conversion.
ii. SWIFT Transfers: For SWIFT bank transfers, a transaction fee of approximately 25 EUR/USD is applicable. This fee is borne by the user.
