How to verify?

To access the identity verification screen:

1. Log in to your Tapkeen account and tap on the menu button.
2. Tap on the "Financial" section of the app.
3. Tap on "Keencoins withdrawn".
4. You will see a "Verification" button. Tap on it to access the verification screen.

To verify your identity:

1. Select your country from the drop-down menu.
2. Confirm that you are at least 18 years old, and that you accept the Tapkeen terms and conditions and tap "Next".
3. On the next screen, you will need to provide your personal details such as IBAN, bank name, first name, last name, middle names, company, street, house number, city, and postal code. Tap "Next" after you have provided your details.
4. On the third screen, you will be prompted to upload a clear and legible photo of both the front and back of your ID document.
5. You will also be required to take a selfie while holding your ID document visible beside your face. This selfie helps Tapkeen verify that the person in the ID document is the same as the one registering on the app.

Your identity verification request will be reviewed by Tapkeen's team, and you will receive a notification once your verification is complete.

Please note that it may take up to 15 business days for your identity verification request to be processed.
