How we enforce our rules?

Tapkeen takes its community guidelines and policies very seriously and strives to create a safe and inclusive platform for all users. To enforce these policies, Tapkeen has several measures in place:

Reporting:

Tapkeen encourages users to report any content that violates its community guidelines. This can be done by tapping on the three dots on the top right corner of the post and selecting "Report." Users can also report a user's profile by visiting the profile and tapping on the three dots on the top right corner and selecting "Report."

Moderation:

Tapkeen has a team of moderators who review reported content and profiles. If a user's content or profile violates the community guidelines, the moderators will take appropriate action, such as removing the content or suspending the user's account.

Appeals process:

If a user's content or profile is removed or their account is suspended, they have the option to appeal the decision. The appeal is reviewed by a Tapkeen team member, who will determine if the content or profile should be reinstated.

Legal action:

In cases where content or behaviour violates the law, Tapkeen may take legal action against the user.
